Finally a break from the heat

I hope everyone is enjoying the cool down and break from the mid 90s and high humidity. With that there are a number of fall activities kicking off right around the corner.

Opportunities to Support our Community

Breakfast of Champions is the annual Burleson Opportunity Fund event that honors a champion of education. This year the event will be honoring Coach Phil Anderson as a champion for education. The breakfast also serves as the largest annual fundraiser for the organization each year. Dr. Jimerson recently shared the statistics of how many students have received scholarships through the BOF. Rotary has committed to helping achieve the vision of every Burleson ISD graduate having an opporunity to attend college by sponsoring a table. RSVP to Victoria Johnson if you would like to attend and sit at the BURRO table.
