Burleson Rotary Night of Lights Parade

• Parade begins at 6:00 pm • Parade is open to everyone • All floats are REQUIRED to have Christmas Lights. (Entrants are asked to have music on the float.) • THROWING CANDY IS PROHIBITED and WALKERS MUST KEEP UP WITH FLOAT. • FLOATS CANNOT BE OVER 14 Ft TALL! No Santa Clauses Please! Santa will be riding in the Parade! Waiver of Liability for Participating in the Burleson Rotary “Night of Lights” Christmas Parade Each participant or entry participating in any aspect of the 2026 Burleson Rotary “Night of Lights ” Christmas Parade, including any of the dependents, assigns, or representatives in any capacity, hereby waives all rights and claims for damages and do hereby agree to release, hold harmless and unconditionally indemnify the Burleson Rotary Club, its event producers, owners, or lessor of the real property on which the parade site is located, any and all sponsors or sponsoring entity and any officials and employees, thereof from and against all liability costs, expenses, claims, and damages which the parade participant/entry or the Burleson Rotary Club may at any time suffer or sustain, or become liable for by reason of any accidents, damages injuries of any parade participant or any other parties in any manner arising from such parade participants participation in any Burleson 2026 “Night of Lights” Christmas Parade or Burleson Rotary Club member officers directors, agents, or employees. The parade participant also recognizes that he/she will be solely responsible for any consequential or other loss, injury, or damage to, occasioned by, or arising from failure to abide by the posted rules. The parade participant acknowledges that the parade master’s decision in all events shall be final and without recourse or judgment. A “float” consists mainly of 1 truck and 1 attached trailer, any additional vehicles will need to be paid for separately.
