Harvest House is a faith-based, food pantry and resource center with a 4 out of 4 -star rating on Charity Navigator. It exists to restore hope and dignity by equipping families to overcome crises and build long-term stability.

The Rotary Club of Burleson, TX is proud to present a Community Partnership Project that will have provide a lasting benefit for the people in our community.

Phase I (Nov 2026) – Safe Access, Operational Efficiency, & Storage Access Initiative

Replace eroded, flood-prone drive-through with concrete pavement, a concrete ramp and double doors to the storage building

Phase II (Dec 2026, March 2027, or October 2027) – Campus Accessibility Initiative

Replace the cracked parking lot off of Thomas St.

This is not just about structural needs or helping a great charity, it’s about working together to restore hope and dignity by equipping families in our broader community to overcome crises and build long-term stability. It’s an economic development project as well as an opportunity to support maternal and child health for some of the people around us who need it most.

Smooth, divot free surfaces that drain away from instead of into the building are very important for safely and efficiently serving the thousands of individuals in need who visit Harvest House each year. Having a ramp in the back will be a game changer, allowing pallets to be transported directly into and out of the storage building. Faster and safer maneuvering of food on the property impacts the quality and quantity of services Harvest House can provide for people in our communities.
